Using a soft cloth, gently rub your jewellery until clean. Remove the rest of the soap with a wet soft cloth soaked in clean water or rinse them under hot water to remove the soap thoroughly then dry them with a clean soft cloth and let them shine using a special jewellery fabric.To maintain their brightness, you can use a special jewellery fabric that help to polish jewellery. Make sure your jewels are completely dry before storing them in your jewellery box.

Atelier Bravig creations purchased on atelierbravig.com can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale.

Please note:
You can return your creation to the atelierbravig.com distribution center within 30 days of delivery, for exchange or refund to your credit card or PayPal account. For holiday orders purchased between the 1st of November and the 31st of December , returns and exchanges will be accepted until the 15th of January .

You must return or exchange your Atelier Bravig creation in new, unused condition, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached. Atelier Bravig will not accept any returns if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered in any way from its original condition. Please send your return or exchange via the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided. We strongly recommend that you note your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.
