How to shop online?
Your Shopping Bag
Selected creations that have been added to your Shopping Bag will remain there for the duration of your active session.
You may purchase up to five creations during any single online shopping session.
Your first purchase
All creations that display a “Details and Purchase” button may be purchased online, subject to availability.
Once you have made your selection, please click the “Add to Shopping Bag” button to place the product in your shopping bag.
When you are ready to finalize your order, please click the “Checkout” button: you will then be guided through the order process. You may remove products from your shopping bag by clicking on “Delete”.
To complete your purchase you will need to create an account or log on to your existing account.
When you have completely reviewed your order, click on the “Confirm and place order” button on the Website to place your order.
Delivery
Standard Delivery
If you choose Standard Delivery, your Atelier Bravig creation should arrive within five days from the date of your order. Delivery may take longer if you have requested personalization, ring or bracelet adjustment, or for shipments outside Europe. Complimentary Standard Delivery is offered for all orders.
Express Delivery
If you choose Express Delivery, your Atelier Bravig creation should arrive within three business days from the date of your order. This service is provided on request, subject to the availability of Atelier Bravig creation ordered.

SECURE PAYMENT
Atelier Bravig is pleased to accept the following credit cards as convenient means of payment.
In order to ensure that your shopping experience is simple and secure, order and payment transactions online through Atelier Bravig are processed using a secure server.
Please note that the individual who submits the order must be the cardholder whose name appears on the credit card.
WHAT IS A CVV?
“Card Verification Value” is an anti-fraud feature to help ensure that the person placing an order is in possession of the credit card.
The CVV is a three or four digit number printed on the front or back of the credit card.
The CVV appears in different places on different types of cards:
American Express: Four digit number printed on the front of the card, above the end of the embossed account number.
MasterCard / Visa / Discover / Diners Club / JCB: The final three digits printed on the signature panel on the back of the card, following the account number.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHARGE A SINGLE ORDER TO TWO DIFFERENT CREDIT CARDS, OR TO USE TWO DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS FOR THE SAME ORDER?
Currently it is not possible for us to accept payment using two different credit cards for a single order. If you are ordering more than one product, we suggest that you make a separate order for each purchase if you wish to use two separate credit cards.
RETURN POLICY
Atelier Bravig Creations purchased through the Atelier Bravig e-Boutique may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Conditions of Sale. Please note:
You may return your creation to Atelier Bravig e-Boutique within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or refund to the original credit card.
You may return your Atelier Bravig creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Atelier Bravig will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way.

Opening an account will allow you to make purchases through Atelier Bravig e-Boutique. Once registered, you will not be required to re-enter your personal information which will ensure a faster check-out process. You will have the ability to track your orders easily online at any time. You will receive privileged access to exclusive content and special previews of the latest Atelier Bravig creations in your account on our website. DO YOU OFFER GIFT-WRAPPING?
All Atelier Bravig creations purchased through the e-Boutique are delivered in one of Atelier Bravig’s traditional boxes. All creations are then carefully gift-wrapped and placed in a specially protected delivery package.
MAY I INCLUDE A PERSONAL GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY PURCHASE?
Certainly. We invite you to include a message upon check-out, which will be printed on Atelier Bravig gift card.
